प्रशन क्रं. 1 – क्या आशार्थी एक से अधिक आवेदन भर सकता हैं ?
उत्तर पंचायती राज नियम तथा विभागीय विज्ञप्ति के प्रावधानों के अनुसार यदि अभ्यर्थी एक से अधिक पद हेतु पात्रता / अर्हता रखता है तो प्रत्येक पद के लिए पृथक-पृथक आवेदन करना होगा।
Q. Can the candidate fill more than one application?
Answer: According to the provisions of Panchayati Raj rules and departmental release, if the candidate has eligibility / qualification for more than one post, then separate applications will have to be made for each post.
प्रशन क्रं. 2 – क्या राजस्थान के अनुसूचित क्षेत्र के आशार्थी गैर अनुसूचित क्षेत्र हेतु विज्ञापित पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है ?
उत्तर – हाँ
Q.Can the candidates of the Scheduled Areas of Rajasthan apply for the posts advertised for the Non-Scheduled Areas?
Answer: Yes
प्रशन क्रं. 3 – अध्यापक लेवल द्वितीय के विभिन्न पदों हेतु स्नातक तथा रीट-2021 के विषयों के सम्बन्ध में
उत्तर – विज्ञप्ति के बिन्दु संख्या 10 में संबंधित पद एवं उसके लिए आवश्यक वैकल्पिक विषय वर्णित है, अतः विज्ञप्ति के बिन्दु संख्या- 10 का अध्ययन कर स्वय की पात्रता के अनुसार संबंधित विषय हेतु आवेदन करें।
Q. Points regarding the subjects of graduation and REET-2021 for various posts of teacher level II.
Ans. In the point number 10 of the release, the related post and the optional subject required for it are described, so study the point number 10 of the release and apply for the related subject according to your eligibility.
प्रशन क्रं. 4 – आरक्षित वर्ग के कैंडिडेट के प्रमाण पत्रों के संबंध में
उत्तर – आरक्षित वर्ग के कैंडिडेट को पिता के नाम, आवाज, एवं आय के आधार पर सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए प्रमाण-पत्र माननीय होंगे तथा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के अशार्थियों हेतु सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा जारी परीपत्र क्रमांक:एफ. 11() आकव/डीडीबीसी सान्याअवि/19/62865 दिनांक:22.10.2019 एवं समय-समय पर दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार सक्षम स्तर Income & Assest प्रमाण-पत्र मान्य किये जायेंगे. उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अपनी कैटेगरी का चयन करते हुए इसे भरें.
Q. Regarding the certificates of the reserved category candidates:
Ans. The certificates issued by the competent authority on the basis of father’s name, voice and income to the reserved category candidates will be honorable and the circular issued by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment for the candidates of the economically weaker sections. 11() ACV/DDBC Sanyav/19/62865 Dated:22.10.2019 and as per the guidelines from time to time, the Income & Assest Certificates will be valid. Candidates fill it by selecting their category in the online application.

प्रशन क्रं. 5 – 04 वर्षीय समेकित पाठ्यक्रम (बी.ए. बी.एड./ बी.एस.सी. बी.एड.) उत्तीर्ण आशार्थियों द्वारा अंकों को आवेदन में किस प्रकार भरा जाऐं ?
उत्तर – 04 वर्षीय समेकित पाठ्यक्रम की उपाधि के शैक्षिक विषयों के प्राप्तांक अलग से संगणित कर स्नातक के कॉलम में पूर्णांक और प्राप्तांक भरेंगे तथा प्रशैक्षिक विषयों के प्राप्तांकों को अलग संगणित कर बी.एड. के कॉलम में पूर्णांक और प्राप्तांक भरेंगे।
Q. How to fill the marks in the application by the candidates who have passed 5 – 04 year integrated course (BA B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed.)?
Ans: After computing the marks of academic subjects of the degree of 04 years integrated course separately, the marks of graduation and marks will be filled in the column of graduation and by computing the marks of academic subjects separately, B.Ed. In the column of integers and marks will be entered.
प्रशन क्रं. 6 – स्नातक तथा रीट-2021 के विषय कौनसे भरे जाऐं?
उत्तर – आशार्थियों द्वारा स्नातक के वैकल्पिक तीन विषयों तथा रीट-2021 के प्रमाण-पत्र में अंकित भाषा-प्रथम तथा भाषा-द्वितीय के साथ स्पेशलाईजेशन विषय भरेंगे।
Q. What are the subjects of graduation and reet-2021 to be filled?
Ans: Candidates will fill the optional three subjects of graduation and specialization subject with language-first and language-second as mentioned in the certificate of REET-2021.
प्रशन क्रं. 7 – आशार्थियों को ऑनलाईन आवेदन में कितने जिलों की प्राथमिकता भरनी है ?
उत्तर – गैर अनुसूचित क्षेत्र के पदों हेतु संबंधित 30 जिलों की तथा अनुसूचित क्षेत्र के पदों हेतु संबंधित 08 जिलों की प्राथमिकता भरनी अनिवार्य है। जिले ऑनलाईन आवेदन में प्रदर्शित हो रहे है।
Q. The candidates have to fill the priority of how many districts in the online application?
Ans: It is mandatory to fill the priority of the respective 30 districts for the posts of non-scheduled area and for the posts of the scheduled area, of the respective 08 districts. Districts are displayed in the online application.
प्रशन क्रं. 8 – स्नातक के कौनसे अंक भरने है ?
उत्तर – अभ्यर्थी के स्नातक की अन्तिम वर्ष की अंकतालिका में अंकित तीनों वर्षों के पूर्णाक और प्राप्तांक भरने है। ऑनलाईन आवेदन में केवल किसी वर्ष अथवा केवल विषय के अंक नहीं भरे जाने है।
Q. What are the marks of graduation to be filled?
Ans: The marks and marks of all the three years mentioned in the final year mark sheet of the candidate’s graduation have to be filled. Marks of only any year or only subject are not to be filled in the online application.
प्रशन क्रं. 9 – आशार्थियों के नाम में अन्तर होने पर किस नाम से आवेदन किया जाऐं ?
उत्तर – आशार्थी के दसवीं के प्रमाण-पत्र में अंकित नाम और जन्मतिथि के अनुसार ही आवेदन में नाम / जन्मतिथि भरी जाएँ।
Q. If there is a difference in the names of the candidates, in which name should the application be made?
Ans: According to the name and date of birth mentioned in the 10th certificate of the candidate, the name/date of birth should be filled in the application.
प्रशन क्रं. 10 – कोई आशार्थी बिना विज्ञापित पदों के आवेदन कर सकता है ?
उत्तर – नहीं। आशार्थी विस्तृत विज्ञापन एवं पदवार / विषयवार विज्ञापित पदों का अच्छी तरह से अध्ययन कर लेवें एवं अपनी योग्यता एवं अर्हता के अनुसार संबंधित पद हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन भरें।
Q. Any candidate can apply without advertised posts?
Ans: No, Candidates should study the detailed advertisement and post wise / subject wise advertised posts thoroughly and fill the online application for the respective post according to their qualification and qualification.
प्रशन क्रं. 11 – क्या किसी ई-मित्र / जन सूचना केन्द्र द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन में भरी गई सूचना के लिए आशार्थी जिम्मेदार हैं ?
उत्तर – हां। ई-मित्र एवं जन सूचना केन्द्र द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन में भरी गई सूचनाओं के लिए आशार्थी पूर्ण रूप से उत्तरदायी है। ऑनलाईन आवेदन में भरी गई त्रुटिपूर्ण / गलत सूचनाओं के लिए पूर्णतया आशार्थी जिम्मेदार है। इस हेतु किसी ई-मित्र / जन सूचना केन्द्र को जिम्मेदार नहीं माना जायेगा। अतः आशार्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन को भरवाकर उसका प्रिन्ट प्रिव्यू भली भांति जांच लेवें एवं पूर्ण व सही सूचना भरवाते हुवे ऑनलाईन आवेदन फाइनल सबमिट करें।
Q. Are the candidates responsible for the information filled in the online application by any E-Mitra / Public Information Center?
Ans: Yes. The candidate is fully responsible for the information filled in the online application by E-Mitra and Public Information Center. The candidate is solely responsible for the incorrect / wrong information filled in the online application. No EMitra / Public Information Center will be considered responsible for this. Therefore, after filling the online application, the candidates should check its print preview thoroughly and submit the online application final after filling complete and correct information.
प्रशन क्रं. 12 – क्या ऑनलाईन आवेदन के साथ-साथ ऑफलाईन आवेदन भरवाये जा रहे है ?
उत्तर – नहीं, किसी भी परिस्थिति में ऑफर्लाइन आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे। निर्धारित तिथि तक भरे गये ऑनलाईन आवेदन ही मान्य होंगे।
Q. Are offline applications being filled along with online applications?
Ans: No, offline applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only online applications filled up to the prescribed date will be valid.
प्रशन क्रं. 13 – विशेष शिक्षा के पद पर आवेदन करते समय RCI पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र के क्रमांक एवं दिनांक भरने में समस्या आ रही है?
उत्तर – ऑनलाईन आवेदन में विशेष शिक्षा के पदों हेतु RCI पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र के क्रमांक एवं दिनांक भरने की अनिवार्यता नही है। RCI पंजीकरण का क्रमांक एवं दिनांक भरना वैकल्पिक है।
Q. While applying for the post of special education, there is a problem in filling the serial number and date of RCI registration certificate?
Ans: It is not mandatory to fill the serial number and date of RCI registration certificate for the posts of special education in the online application. Filling the RCI registration number and date is optional.
प्रशन क्रं. 14 – ऑनलाईन आवेदन में माध्यमिक, उच्च माध्यमिक, स्नातक, स्नात्तकोत्तर तथा रीट परीक्षाओं की प्रवेश तिथि भरनी अनिवार्य है?
उत्तर – नहीं।
Q. Is it mandatory to fill the admission date of Secondary, Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post Graduation and REET examinations in the online application?
Ans: No
प्रशन क्रं. 15 – क्या ऑनलाईन आवेदन का प्रिन्ट आउट / फोटो प्रति अपने पास सुरक्षित रखनी है?
उत्तर – भविष्य में किसी सन्दर्भ हेतु अथवा चयन होने के उपरान्त दस्तावेज सत्यापन के समय आवेदन पत्र की आवश्यकता रहेगी अतः आशार्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन का प्रिन्ट आउट अपने पास रखे।
Q. Whether to keep the print out / photocopy of the online application safe with you?
Ans: Application form will be required at the time of document verification for any future reference or after selection, so candidates should keep the print out of online application with them.
प्रशन क्रं. 16 – यदि किसी आशार्थी के द्वारा डीएलएड तथा बी.एड दोनो योग्यताएं उत्तीर्ण की हुई है तो उसको कौनसी योग्यता भरनी है?
उत्तर – यदि आशार्थी के द्वारा उक्त दोनो योग्यताएं अर्जित कर रखी है तो लेवल प्रथम के पद हेतु डीएलएड एवं लेवल द्वितीय के पद हेतु बी.एड की योग्यता भरी जानी है।
Q. If a candidate has passed both the D.El.Ed and B.Ed qualifications, then which qualification has to be filled?
Ans: If the candidate has acquired both the above qualifications, then the qualification of D.Ed for the post of Level I and B.Ed for the post of Level II is to be filled.
प्रशन क्रं. 17 – स्नातक के विषय समूह को भरते समय आ रही समस्यां ?
उत्तर – यदि किसी आशार्थी के द्वारा संबंधित पद हेतु आवश्यक कोई एक विषय स्नातक में वैकल्पिक विषय के रूप में उत्तीर्ण कर रखा है तो स्नातक के विषय समूह को भरते समय प्रथम विषय समूह में उस पद हेतु आवश्यक वैकल्पिक विषय भर देवे तथा द्वितीय तथा तृतीय विषय समूह में ANY OTHER-ANY OTHER भर देवे।
Q. Problems faced while filling the subject group of graduation?
Ans: If a candidate has passed any one subject required for the respective post as an optional subject in graduation, then while filling the subject group of graduation, fill the required optional subject for that post in the first subject group and Enter ANY OTHER-ANY OTHER in the second and third subject.
प्रशन क्रं. 18 – क्या CTET उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी इस भर्ती में आवेदन कर सकता है ?
उत्तर – नही, केवल रीट-2021 उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी ही आवेदन कर सकते है।
Q. Can CTET passed candidates apply for this recruitment?
Ans: No, only REET-2021 qualified candidates can apply.
